"Better" in Italian can be translated as "meglio/migliore" depending on the context.
"Migliore" is the comparative form of the adjective "buono" (good).
"Meglio" is the comparative form of the adjective "bene" (well).
You will use "migliore" or "meglio" depending on whether "buono" or "bene" has been used originally with the noun.
