Ciao, sono ancora io (??) We have learned how to say "There is", and "There are". But, how would you say "There was", or "There were"? Would it be something like this: Ce e essuto and ce sono essuto? Thanks, Edith

There was: c'era C'era una grande folla in chiesa la domenica scorsa. There was a big crowd in church last Sunday. there were: c'erano c'erano due belle ragazze in quel posto. There were two beautiful girls in that place. Saluti!
