Hi. I will be travelling to Japan & have asked the hotel to confirm my reservation. How do I ask the hotel clerk if the reservation is confirmed? Thank you!

Watashi no yoyaku wo kakunin shitai ndesu ga... -> I'd like to confirm my rezervation/booking... Here "ndesu ga" is used to soften the sentence a bit :).

For hotel vocab you may find lessons 2.3 and 2.8 useful for vocab and sentence structure respectively. If you have access to Rocket Japanese Premium Plus, hotels are covered further in 9.4 and 13.3. hmm. I find it odd how you translated 2 and 3... 2. Watashi no yoyaku wo kakunin tame ni, e-meeru wo soushin shita kedo, henji wa mada kite imasen. The #3 should be rephrased a bit, so I can make it sound a little more polite: I'd like to confirm my hotel reservation, but I still don't understand Japanese very well. Could you please ask them for me ? Translation: Watashi no hoteru yoyaku wo kakunin shitai kedo, nihongo wa mada yoku wakarimasen. Hoteru staffu ni kiite kudasaimasu ka ? Hope I got it right :)

For #2 do you mean kite imasen or kiite imasen? And yeah, I thought 3 was a bit off. It sounds more natural if you rephrase it, thanks. Also, thanks for making me look up soushin! Always good to add synonyms to my vocabulary.

for #2, it's kite (来て). I didn't get a reply/No reply came... You can't use kiku (聞く) for this situation, because it's not something said, it is something written.

could i ask: for point #1, what's the difference between "yobitai" & "yobitashitai"?

Yobitai and yobishtai mean the seam thing: I want to call. The difference is that yobitai is casual, while combining yobu + suru to obtain yobishitai is more formal. If you add the honorific "o" prefix to yobishitai, it becomes even more formal, or let's say, humble :).

Thanks! Sorry for #3: "Hoteru staffu ni kiite kudasaimasu ka ?" I read that some people use 'kudasaimasen ka': can that be used interchangeably with 'kudasaimasu ka' to soften the impact? thank you again

Hmm. Both can be used. Now that you mention, I just remembered that there are some minor differences... 1 -> Kudasaimasen ka is sometimes a little more polite and sounds more natural 2 -> Kudasaimasen ka has a little more masculine tone, while kudasaimasu ka a more feminine one. So I suggest you used kudasaimasen ka. I should've realized this earlier, before writing the previous posts :)
