OK here is the thing, I've heard some people have Japanese buddies who help them out with their learning or some people have buddies who are learning with them. I don't have any kind of friends like that, I don't even have any friends who like Japan. Is there a website or something in which I can make friends who can help me and encourage me with my learning while I do the same for them?
I have Skype so I was thinking that using Skype my buddy and I could possibly practice Japanese conversation.
