Can you please tell me, is there a pdf version of the course material, which I can download onto my Ipad? This way, I can learn at anytime and I don't have to worry about having to lose access at any point due to internet issues.

under each tab of chapter, there is a option to print all lessons. you could use a simple print to pdf plugin like cute pdf and print all the lessons in a pdf. Optionally for all the non-interactive audio courses, there is a option to get the pdf form of the lesson on the upper part of the page, left of the feedback button.
