I just got home a little bit ago from eating at a Taki Japanese Restaraunt. The food is so great.Eeven the sushi was great. It came in some lunch box special, like a tray in a box. It had Japanese dumplings, rice, salad and some kind of dressing, shrimp tariyaki with vegetables and a side of sushi. For desert, I had fried cheesecake and it was so great as well. By the way, what does Taki mean?

Water falls eh? I've always knew Japanese poeple are so creative. But ya, the Japanese food was excellent. I took the rest home that evening and finished it. Being at a Japanese restaurant, I had a TASTE of japanese culture. So, since I'm learning to read, write and speak Japanese. I wanted to experience some of the Japanese culture. I liked it when the chef was using some kind of grill, a huge burst of flame quickly popped up. A couple of times I heard poeple clap as if they have never seen fire before. 8)
