Konnichiwa! What's this thing about calling a teacher 24/7? Do I have to use it everyday as if you would a normal school or something?

Konnichiwa! Virtual teacher 24/7 means that the Rocket Japanese Team is here to help you at any time of the day, any day of the week. That is, we try to respond to any questions/feedback/suggestions you may have concerning Japan, the Japanese language, or the course in general. We simply wish our learners to know that we are here to help them in their journey to becoming experts in Japanese! You don't have to contact us everyday! Just if you'd like to :P -Sayaka
