Weird quiz questions

This is something i noticed before but this time i am almost 100% sure of it. Sometimes one of the quiz questions is about something you have not learned yet. As example i am currently in "13.6: Even as a~". One of the questions was about the kanji of Morning (朝) but as far as i know you never learn the kanji before this point. It wasn't just about the kanji either but both the kun and on form so it has to be in a writing lesson as main kanji somewhere. Am i totally missing something or is this supposed to go like this?

I also noticed that there are some questions which refer to things you haven't learned up until that point using RJP. It's quite odd actually, there are many of these, be it related to vocabulary, culture or writing. Maybe it's a way to test yourself how many things you've learned other than what you did through RJP. Fo example, James Heisig's RKT1 treats that kanji as an early one (in the first 100 i think).

ok it is still frustrating that they ask a meaning and the answer is not what you have learnt. 2.2 asks Where is the toilet? the answer in the lesson is " sugo soko desu"...right over there. The correct choice offered is " Totemo chikai desu" ...Very near.
