I would like to download my Japanese lessons to my iTunes but there is no option to dowload the lessons. I looked all around the website and everywhere but I cannot find any download options. The little disc picture with the download on it is not in my lesson. I updated my flash player and used mozilla but it is still not there. Help?

Before I purchase the Rocket Japanese Premium there is a download button but now after purchasing it the button is gone. Please fix this problem, thanks!

If you'd like to download all the audio lessons in one go, you will need to first open a lesson. Underneath the 'Download the FULL audio' link, you will see "Click here to Download ALL Audio Tracks." The page that comes up from here has all the audio lessons you can download individually. I hope this helps! Best of luck with your French learning! ;)

One more who doesn't have a download link. I bought this program so that I could put it all on my MP3, but there is no link for downloading!

My email to Rocket French was answered within 24 hours, and my problem was fixed! Hi Linda, Thank you for your email and your purchase of Rocket French. It appears that when you purchased the full course, your subscription to the free course was not automatically removed as it should have been. This was causing you to not be able to download the audio, because it is not available with the free trail. I have removed this from your account and you should now be able to see the download icon and save the files to your computer without any problems. In order to download the audio lessons, first open the lesson you wish to download. Then you will need to right click on the individual download links (where it says 'Download the FULL audio') and select "Save Target As" or "Save Link As". If you'd like to download all the audio lessons in one go, you will need to first open a lesson. Underneath the 'Download the FULL audio' link, you will see "Click here to Download ALL Audio Tracks." The page that comes up from here has all the audio lessons you can download individually. If you do continue to have trouble, please let me know. Maybe this has also happened to others. Konnichi wa Alamimani-san, Here's some help from our FAQ page: To download any of the files for Rocket Languages, right click on the link that says "Download Audio" and select Save Target As or Save Link As. If you are on a Mac, hold down the Control Key and click on the download link to replicate the right click function. After the Save Target As or Save Link As option is clicked, another window will appear asking where you would like to save the file. Navigate to where you would like to save the file on your computer and then click the "Save" button in this window to commence the download. Please ensure that you take note of what location the files will be saved to so that you can easily locate them again. Once your download has completed, you will be able to play the file from your computer using Windows Media Player or iTunes.
