This house is 16c 'Kono ie wa ju roku seiki desu ?' but how do I qualify it to 'this PART of the house is 16c ' ?

Konnichiwa Shooter-san,
You can say _"This PART of the house is 16th century"_ by saying:
*Ie no kono bubun wa ju roku seiki desu.*
You can alternately just say _"This PART is 16th century"_ by saying:
*Kono bubun wa ju roku seiki desu.*
OR, if you prefer to suggest that the PART was BUILT in the 16th century... you can say:
*Kono bubun wa ju roku seiki ni tateraremashita.*
_"This part was built in the 16th Century"_
