Kanbanwa, why are certain words written in romanji on this lesson but omitted when spoken (example-Anata wa nihon go ga hanase masu ka, ga is not pronounced in the lesson) This happens a few other times through out the lesson and I was wondering why. Let me know people! DOMO!

when you review the grammar lessons, it mentions that ga is not required or crucial to the phrase, but just as a more polite way of saying it. So you could just say "nihongo hanase masu ka?" without including the ga... It's really up to you.

As I was told earlier, ga shows the introduction of a new subject. Nihongo is the new subject of the conversation so ga was used only the first time, while later wa took over.

hope that helps :]

In kana its actually "こんばんは" not "わ". just as watashi/anata wa is the kana "ha"..."わたしは". Its only pronounced as "wa".

Thanks... I already knew that, just forgot to type "ha" vs. "wa"... Occasional mistake that I make.

But I don't want to discourage you from correcting me in the future so すみません! In that context it might be a little unclear so I"m using it more as an Apologetic thank you than an apology...

shinasai yo = do it ! same as: yarinasai yo

mata atode money sukoshi okuru = I'll send you some later

if at the third one you wanted to say byouki instead of byuki, then it means: it's a liver disease caused by alcohol.

azukete arukara ne = because it's hidden (not sure)

taka ni hayaku contact shitai tokiwa yukino denwa ni meil mo = when you want to quickly contact taka, also send yuki a phone mail/message

Sorry for asking, but are you actually trying to understand what they're saying in an anime or manga ?
