HI! I've noticed in the first few seconds of these lessons Sayaka says "Minna-san, konnichiwa!" What does minna-san actually mean?

Excellent explanation Derek-san, Yes, MINNA-SAN translates as "Everyone" so, MINNA-SAN KONNICHIWA!! means "Hello everyone!" -Sayaka :P
