Thanks, I'm allready a week on my own in Japan and everything is going well. I'm from Belgium and I think I come from another planet (and I have travelled a lot before, also in Asia: Taiwan, China). And it is less expensive that I tought (I'm using the Toyoko inn Hotel Chain)

Of course it is not cheap, but lodging and eating are a little bit cheaper then in my own country. the hotels: http://www.toyoko-inn.com/eng/ trains are expensive here, but I have bought in Japanese Railpass before leaving home. I'm here for pleasure.
