How would I say this in Spanish? To put it in context, I may be having a drink with someone and need to leave for a minute, or maybe standing at a co-workers desk and need to leave. Thanks!

I may have just found the answer to my own question. Is it "Ahora vengo "?

Hola, rodneyp. Yes, that is correct. Also, you can use "ahorita vengo", which I believe is widely used in Mexico. I believe in Spain, they mostly use "ahora vuelvo". "Ya regreso" is sometimes used to say, "I'll be right back", too. Anyone who finds this to not be correct, please correct my mistake(s).
