Trans given: - because in the next lesson we'll enter into a situation
Suggested: because in the next lesson we'll find out about a situation
enterarse de = “find out about”, NOT “enter into”
This, from the dialog, is not an error:
Alej: Generalmente nos olvidamos de cosas y no revisamos, y solo nos enteramos cuando llegan los reclamos.
Generally we forget things and we don't review them, and we only fix them when we get complaints.
Amy: I can’t believe that people wouldn’t do things right the first time. And then forget all about the problems until someone else starts to complain.
(Believe it, Amy! It happens.)
22.3 Errors
Are you compiling these errors and sending them to Rocket Spanish support? They can be kinda slow but they do respond and corrections have been made. Amy is no longer a member of the team and I doubt Mauricio is taking time off from fishing to read these posts, Eso fue una broma. Por supuesto él no lee aquí. Pero, si mandas los errores es posible ellos van a corregirlos. ¿Quien sabe?¡ Espero que sí!
That's a good point, Rich, but for three things. i) This sub-forum is labelled Feedback and Comments. ii) Mauricio has read this forum before. iii) The heading above this forum reads, in part, "share your thoughts with the Rocket Spanish teachers and learners"
If the Rocket staff don't read their Feedback pages, well, that's their choice.
In any event, yes I did send a few corrections to what I guess is the Official Feedback and Complaint address, so yes they now know that these errors exist - at least the ones I've told them about. They'll know about the others when someone from Rocket proof-reads the Vocabularies.
(The advice to Amy was rhetorical)
