Every so often, Mauricio would engage the listener by asking questions in Spanish and pausing while the listener responds. I would like to see more of this. This feels like you are talking directly to a real person.
A good example of this is in RS1, section 4 on Hotels. Mauricio played the receptionist and the listener played the guest.
