In your email, I copy the link to the flash cards and go to it. I can down load your logo on the 1st page, but get an error message for the pages 1-6. Do I need to install a program to process your PDF?

Hi, Dura! The only program you need to open the PDF is Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download the latest version here:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
If you're getting an error message, the problem may be with the download process. Does your internet connection ever cut out? If your browser allows you the option of saving to disk instead of opening the file, try saving it to disk. The files should be between 800 and 900 kilobytes in size.
