Hi Guys
Is it me, or do Mauricio and Amy change from formal to informal spanish and then back to formal again?
Amy says "Hable más despacio..." (? formal), then Mauricio says "Siga recto..." (? formal) and then "...entiendes?" (? informal) and then "Dobla a la izquierda." (? informal), then "Vaya..." (? formal) and then Amy says "Repite..." (? informal) and then Mauricio says ¿Entiende todo? (? formal).
Just a bit confused here.

It's not just you.. Neither Amy nor Mauricio are consistent in their use of formal/informal terms in this dialogue. Amy could possibly be excused due to the distracting influence of a bursting bladder, but the hombre has no such excuse.
