There is no word for "tip" or "tips" in spanish, we sometimes use "consejo" which is more like "advice" and we also use "recomendacion" , i think you can guess that recomendacion is recommendation.

And , in the case of "tip" like the one you give to a waitress(mesera or camarera en español) or waiter (mesero or camarero) at the restaruant we call it "propina".

"Le di 20 pesos de propina a la mesera"...I gave the waitress 20 pesos as a tip.

I have a question...when learning Spanish, Spanish is a little easy for me to learn. But when I learn then later I watch TV in Spanish they be speaking way to fast for me to understand. How can I be able to understand what they are saying?

Try listening for the words and phrases that you know. It is also helpful to watch people's actions and facial expressions. If you watch TV in Spanish often you will probably learn a few new words just from context.
