You can use "¿Donde está el baño?" and "¿Donde es el baño?" or "¿Donde se encuentra el baño?" or "¿Donde tienen los baños?".... Esta without the accent is pronounced "ESta"....the one with the "á" is prounonced "esTA"... The 1st one means "this one"...."Esta camisa es mia"..."this shirt is mine"....the other one its used to define the exact location of something, for example..."Está en la sala"..:"It is on the living room"...or "El baño está subiendo las escaleras"..."The bathroom is upstairs"....and when asking about the location of something you need to use the "está " word....."¿Donde está tu casa?...Mi casa está.en la playa..."...(Where is your house?...My house is on the beach".
