I have found three words that say, I need, I would like, do you have the, would you get me the bill?

"La cuenta, por favor" (the bill please) will suffice when in a restuarant.

Even though this is a Spanish forum, and even though this might be more appropriate for the Chinese forums, I can answer your Chinese question. I think you can say either: 请给我账单. Qǐng gěi wǒ zhàngdān. Please give me the bill. or 我想要结帐. Wǒ xiǎng yào jié zhàng. I would like to check out.
