Does anyone know how to say the names of fast food items? i.e. *Cheese Quarter Pounder, Whopper, Fries, Medium Coke, etc.* Our local fast food places have a lot of hispanics, and I would like to try making an order in their language.

I guess there are no Spanish words to express these delicassies. When you think about it, there's no english name for Tacos either. I'll just have to live with that. :(

Hola Hombre. I read somewhere that even people who know very little English know enough to order Big Macs and other similar delicacies at McDonalds, and I imagine the same is true at other fast food outlets. Nonetheless, you might be interested in a McDonalds web page from Spain at *__http://www.mcdonalds.es/menus/index.html__*, featuring such items as McPollo, Cuarto de libra con queso, Patatas Fritas medianas, y demás. However, CocaCola is CocaCola :) .
