In the lesson on Neighbors, Alejandra says "¿*A que no *siempre estaba todo desordenado? Can you explain what the expression "A que no" means. The translation in English isn't really clear. I have read that as a statement, "a que no" means "I bet that" but what is it's meaning when used in a question? Thanks!
