How can I access my vocabulary list? Instructions say to click on the icon but doing so just takes you to the introduction page. I want to see the list of words I've already added. Thanks.

Another problem with the new My Vocab feature. I saved words and definitions and notes in the drop-down box as instructed and the words/phrases were underlined in the lesson and the vocab box would pop up. However, when I went back to look at the lesson again, all the vocab units I'd saved were gone. No underlining, no drop down meanings, nothing. Help!

Hi LadyW I too am having the same problem. I thought this sounds a really good idea and spend sometime going through a lesson and adding vocabulary, only to find nothng appears to have saved. I don't have a VOCAB icon next to Feeback and only have in the left pane. LIke with you, I have gone back into the lesson and the vocabularly that i'd saved is no longer underlined. HelpToo!

I am having the same problem (almost 1 year later). Can someone tell us how to resolve this and later view the vocabulary words we are storing?

This is a forum where the blind lead the blind. In other words, it's a users' forum. The Rocket Languages management personnel rarely if ever read these messages. Your best bet if you don't quickly get a response to a question is to contact the management. At the top of the page, you'll see a "Contact Us" link. Press it. It will probably take you to some boilerplate questions and answers. If your question isn't answered there, you'll find another "Contact Us" link at the bottom of that page. That should get you to the management.

Ok, maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I can't even get the ABC vocab to pop up when I double click a word. Any advice? Thanks!

I have gone through lessions 1.1 to 1.7 and have had no trouble double clicking on a word to add it to the vocabulary. The only problem have had is in adding phrases. For instance "tenemos que". I can add "tenemos" but I can not add "tenemos que"

Bubba, Does it work if instead of double clicking you just select the text?

I am having problems saving the vocabulary word(s) I have put into the ABC box. When I try to press either "Save" or "Cancel" nothing happens. To get out of this box I press my mouse key a few times. Is there a glitch in the software and/or this vocabulary box? If so, how do I get around it? BTW, it worked before when I first purchased the program.

@Tony L Yeah, I've had a similar problem. I've sometimes been able to get around it by reloading the lesson and trying again. You could try that. I've also had a problem where clicking "save" doesn't add the item to the myvocab list. Anyone else having these problems?

I too am having the same problem. I purchased this program and started using it approximately 3 days ago. The first day I used it, I was able to save words in "My Vocab". By the second time using the feature, the save and cancel buttons have been disabled. I contacted support. I have yet to hear from them. I thought I inadvertently disabled the function. Anybody have any suggestions?
