Here's a quick tip to know so your sentence structures are always correct: TTPOV. Yes, TTPOV. Here's a quick explanation:
T - Topic. I, we, you, he, she, etc. This one is usually left out/implied
T - Time. Yesterday, Today, Monday, etc.
P - Place. Over there, here, friend's house, etc.
O - Object. In your sentences, this would be "Sushi" or "movie"
V - Verb. Pretty self explanatory, although "it is" or "desu" is kind of like the "ultimate verb" and will ALWAYS be last, even if you have another verb like "teach" or "learn" (see コッドさん's answer above)
Now, you don't always have to fill each spot (you could have a POV, TTV, etc. type sentence), but as long as you arrange your words in that type of order, you will never go wrong! (but don't forget your particles of course!)
