In 1.4 (Restaurant) I cannot find an explanation for the phrase 'cucinano in modo'. I understand what it means from the translation but I would like more detail.

Hi lindam,

Literally, it would be they cook in a local and traditional way.

Hope this helps!

Hi lindam,

"modo" means "way", so you need the rest of that sentence to make sense ... "cucinano in modo locale e tradizionale", otherwise it's just something like "they cook in a ... way".

Cheers,
Drew
