Instability? -- Internal Server Error

Has anyone else noticed a lot of instability over the last week? I've found that it's been down on 4 days when I've tried to use it, for more than an hour each time:

Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu) Server at Port 443

I've tried external testing websites to make sure it's not just me, and they reported that it was down as well.

Anyone else?

Yes, I noticed it three times this week, especially in the morning when I usually study more :(

I've noticed it a couple of times myself as well.  I believe it might be because new stuff is being added to prepare for the update that is about to come, so I'm not stressing it.

Hi there,

We apologize for the inconveniences caused. We are aware of this intermiten issue and are working on it resolving it.

 Kind Regards

Hi all - Just adding to Maries comment. We did a minor server upgrade a few days ago and it turned out to be anything but minor, as these things sometimes do. We believe we have resolved everything and the system should be more stable now, and process things faster. I apologize for the inconvenience!

Down again this morning briefly just now, funnily as I was trying to reply to this earlier. I work in software so I know this can happen, especially with upgrades.

It might be a good idea to separate your marketing website and your product website though, so you can do a service status on the marketing one. I gather they're on the same server/s since they're always down together?

I've noticed it being down a few times this week. Appreciate you guys working to fix it though! One of my favorite things about Rocket Languages is that they actually listen to their users.

Yes, I agree that Rocket's support is excellent, particularly the way that they answer all of the language questions very promptly.

This evening the system has become unstable. Response times (>30secs) make testing almost impossible. Then suddenly the system improved only to once again become very slow.

Voice recognition fails with these long response times.

I believe you just don't have enough resources for the load.

Hi rjorre - Is this still an issue for you? I hope not as the 2017 Ed. has a lot of behind the scenes improvements that should alleviate any delays.

I haven't had any recent problems. It seems much more stable.
