das Euro or der Euro?

hi,

in lesson "1.4 Booking A Room", the substantive Euro is neutral (das Euro).
Searching online  (for the plural form) I found it as a masculine noun (der Euro / die Euro or der Euro / die Euros).
What is the correct gender for the word Euro?

Thank you

The currency euro is masculine: "der Euro".

Hi  Duany-C,

Yes, it is "der Euro".  I checked the lesson and quiz and couldn't find "Euro" with the article "das".
Do you remember where you came across it?

Greetings
Paul
