Can anyone tell me the distinction between milleduecento in the 4.2 conversation on Dante and then in 4.3 in extra vocab it is written as separate words.

The number 1200 is actually written as a single word "milleduecento", as in unit 4.2. However, in unit 4.3 was pronounced (and written) separately so that it was easier to listen to.
