Rocket French — New Jersey , United States
I liked as much as I could cover in the free preview. It takes a lot of dedication to learn a language but rocket has good tools to help those who are interested. Having a monthly payment is a good option to have. If I want to continue to learn French, I would certainly think of coming back here as I liked the structure of the course very much.

The Audio lessons are a great way to learn, the dialogues are very well done. And the voice recognition technology, while it needs some tweaks still, really helps practising to say difficult sounds and get the rhythm down.
Unfortunately, there are all kinds of mistakes in the Hindi lessons: inconsistent transcriptions, sentences attributed to a different translation, etc. This is something a good proofread could clear up, best by a native speaker, but even a non-native learner could help there.

I am enjoying the audio lessons and I particularly like the additional explanations on grammar points and the way they ask you to apply the learning in different ways. It would be great if this learning approach was also applied to the revision exercises, which do a good job of consolidating the phrases in the audio lesson (even if it is a little too repetitive) but don't stretch you to apply the underlying grammar principles to new situations. It would also be good if the revision sometimes threw in words and phrases from earlier lessons as a way of consolidating what you have learned before. I also find the voice recognition very difficult to use. It very often doesn't pick up on what I'm saying.
Rocket Spanish — United States
The dialogues are really helpful for understanding real Spanish, not just the usual sample sentences contained in most Spanish textbooks. The audio is also key to perfecting one's pronunciation and increasing comprehension.
Rocket Chinese — london
Rocket Languages is a great way to learn languages because it feels as if I am talking to a person face to face instead of listening to some man named dave and a lady called lin (I think) who are speaking over a microphone which is good thing so xiexie ;) .

The price can't be beat! I especially enjoy that I control what and when I want to focus on for my study sessions. The interactive audio sessions actually helps me to think in the target language. I'm having problems with the speech recognition and will likely need to contact tech support; however, the first few hours into the course and I'm enjoying what I received for the price.

The record with voice recognition grading really helps to get your pronunciation right, and the playback of your voice really helps you find out why you did get the grade you expected. These tools give a strong incentive to practice speaking, and have helped me to progress faster. The downside is that these tools are only practically useful on PC and not useful on Android because of speed and different limited web page. (I cannot speak for Apple versions).
Rocket Chinese — Canada
Well designed course that combines visual, audio, written, quizzes, flash cards and reminders along with a little humour. It's a very well designed program.
The online computer version has an advantage. It records your spoken phrases so you can play them back to compare pronunciation with the native speaker. This is great! The iPhone version lacks that feature. It grades your spoken response but you can't hear your spoken response. Overall, I'm very impressed with the educational design and the usefulness of Rocket Chinese. Very well done! I used both the computer and my iPhone for practice. I like both versions. It's the best language learning course I've seen, by far.
