The main problem that I have is your web app is flaky. Often, in a completely random way, it fails to record my voice. I have talked with customer service and even sent them a video but that want me to make too many changes to my system and do too much work. They should do the work themselves as part of the QA process. And I know others, like my girlfriend, are having the same problem on their own computers. It I did not have this problem I would give you 4 stars.

if you know the basic then yes, this is pefect to build up your spanish. but if you know notihing than ido not reccemend this

I like Rocket Languages but, I don't like how it is set up and you don't really learn from it, it's more of a study tool for people taking a Spanish class. You should make it so that people can actually learn Spanish from this website.

the system is confusing frustrating and has to much work

Learning a language is lifelong commitment but with a bit more practice we're sure that your Spanish abilities will take off in no time!
I enjoy the course work and information so far. The voice voice recognition sucks. Had a French speaking friend speak as a test and she had the same experience. If this program tells a woman from Montreal that she's wrong or can't register her speech, then it just frustrates the learner and makes for a bad design.

Audio does not work, neither for initial pronunciation, nor playback. When I try to listen "session aborted" appears.

The speech recognition software is terrible. If it wants to give you a score from 0 to 100, I'm fine with that but to have to keep on repeating myself and yelling only to see "I didn't catch that try again" is more than frustrating. So I'm just skipping trying to talk into the mic for now. And my Google Chrome is updated. My mic is a very good one.

the audio recognition needs work. Also stop asking me to review every six times i record a word.

So far I find the recording of my voice/voice recognition extremely frustrating. I have used a headset, my airpods and nothing at all and it doesn't recognize what I saw half the time. Even easy words like ciao and sei. Everything else is ok so far, not totally user friendly. I will try it out longer and see how it goes. But, I strongly recommend working on the voice recognition. There are many products out there that work really well with this, such as Dragon my Nuance. Maybe use their software to recognize what people are saying.
