Rocket Spanish Reviews

The online Spanish Course is exactly what I was looking for and the price was easily affordable. I will turn 73 this year and one time through the materials is never enough for me but I am able to repeat each exercise several times until I can complete it flawlessly. The record-it application is very smart and has been a tremendous help in improving my pronunciation, the intonation and phrasing of short sentences. I am part way through the first module but I am looking forward to the grammar and survival lessons. I believe I could be ready for Mandarin in a couple of years. This is my first attempt at learning a second language to my native American Mid-West English.

I love the many opportunities u get with Rocket Language. And also how u can learn not only one language, but so many others, including sign language! I will definitely keep using Rocket Language for sure!!!

I tried Duolingo, but after a few lessons, the repetitiveness became annoying. Based on a friend's recommendation, I purchased Babbel, but cancelled during the trial period. As a beginning Spanish learner, I found it to be too difficult to follow.

I did some more research and decided that Rocket looked to be the best. I have not been disappointed; in fact, I have been extremely impressed with the effectiveness of the interactive lessons and the many additional tools provided to reinforce the lesson material.

I don't expect to purchase any more language lessons; but if I do, it will be Rocket.

I like an love this Roket . I suggest many of my friend . I only feel this is the bestw ay to learn any language . But price always high . need low price for the people in aisa .

Rocket (Spanish) is, I believe, a great language learning program. I say “I believe” because I have been using it a short time and have not successfully learned a Spanish, yet.

Pros:
I chose Rocket over courses from other companies because the trial demonstrated that it is more thorough.
It also seemed to focus on Mexican Spanish instead of European. Since I live in California, this is important to me.
The instructors are very clear and entertaining. Pro reviews say they are a bit cheesy but I do not think so.
A clean user interface that works well on my iOS devices. It is not as pretty as, say, Memrise or Duolingo, but it is well structured.
For my learning styles I feel the audio lesson, followed by an activity, flash cards, reading, writing and quiz is more thorough than any others have to offer.
Lessons are downloadable on my iOS devices, but...

Cons
...i stay in a hotel with poor wifi and although I download the lessons at home, for some reason my iPad (wifi only) will sit there and spin like its trying to stream the lesson, even though i had previously downloaded it, and this prevents me from even using the lesson at all when it does this
VERY EXPENSIVE. I paid almost $300 for the program for all levels lifetime.

The course has been good so far. There are good explanations about how the language works.

This is a really nice and structured start program. I'm just begaining to learn Spanish, and this has helped me get started with the basics.

Good course for practising speech. The speech recognition is a little lacking. it does not seem to recognise the first letter of the first syllable despite repeated attempts and emphasis. I am level 2 and only recently started. But my speech is improving a lot regardless of this
