It's the best language learning app I've ever used (out of more than a dozen I've tried). The voice recognition and feedback for speaking Hindi is incredible and coupled with the culture notes in the podcast -- these attributes are precisely what other apps are missing. The podcasts are great to listen to in the morning as I shower and then I can review the writing and flashcards in the bus during my work commute. It's feasible for having a job in which I'm traveling 50-75% of the year because language books are too heavy to carry to and fro internationally and in-person classes are too structured and expensive to meet my travel/work needs. This is the best app to take on the go. I've recommended Rocket Languages to all my friends who are serious about making rapid and meaningful language acquisition.

The Hindi course is very good. I picked it after research and I am sufficiently satisfied. It is interesting enough and teaches well one who wants to learn. There are minor glitches such as with when the system repeatedly does not accurately recognize my response on some exercises but this is not of the essence. I hope Rocket will continue to grow and improve their solid base.

This is an awesome site to learn a language. It is interactive and you have the chance to practice what you are learning by means of flash cards, quizzes and mores.

I found the Rocket Hindi language very helpful and will highly recommend to others. The content was very well structured, very engaging. I gained a lot of confidence and am now very keen to start Hindi conversation after review of Trial . The visuals and audio was the most appealing , even the written language was a complete bonus . I am still on unit 1 but am wondering if would go more smoothly if there was a conversational room where people could go and practice with each other. Practicing the words and phrases old school on paper flash cards and someone giving me test ( who does not speak the language or read it they just hold the cards ) then I do the practices on the computer and the quizs , but still feel that miss connection of feedback from another person, even at the level I am at. I think without real verbal practice it will be very hard for me to know when to use what phrases at right timing. I think things would sink in for people much better. Other than that this program is wonderful and I am learning, at great speed, and people in India who I know are able to understand me even with my ( funny accent of Hindi words ) at least they understand what I am trying to say.

Native French who, for the last 11 years has been living in India, I tried to study many Hindi courses, books, but I never progressed, maybe because I wanted my learning to be a joyous and encouraging experience, instead of being boring and difficult. With this experience, I can say that Rocket Hindi is the best language tool I have come across. Right away I was very impressed with the amount of resources and depth of language learning Rocket offers. I have taken a few other language courses, and this one by far has exceeded anything I've used in the past. The price is remarkable considering the content and quality. I can't say enough good things about Rocket.

Excellent lessons. Would love for there to be a more advanced course after this one. For me would have liked lessons on how to conjugate verbs in the beginning as I got a bit lost sometimes, as no explanation was given for the change of verb endings. Maybe grammer lessons should be interspersed with the interactive lessons. Also there are some mistakes throughout and some words that are used are not in common usage in India, as verified by my journalist husband. Apart from that all excellent so have given it 5/5.
