Here I think it's important to give you a quick explanation of the words: fork and knife.
The literal translation of the word fork is “Kāṇṭā aura Śūla” in Hindi. This translation is not suitable for talking about eating accessories. Also the literal translation for “knife” is “Cākū”. So, if you use “Kāṇṭā aura Cākū” for knife and fork, you will be understood, though the expression sounds a bit weird.
Normally, Indians eat with their right hand and only “upper class society” use a knife and fork for daily meals.
