There seems to be lots of errors in the program, i.e., correct answer given (as shown) but registers as an error. Also the software does not always register/hear the words spoken.

I had been learning on a very popular free App for over a year and felt like I was making little progress. Therefore, I switched to RocketSpanish and am very happy with the learning experience so far. I learn a lot of sentences that I can use in everyday conversations and I find them so much easier to remember since everything is embedded in stories. I would definitely buy it again!

the system is confusing frustrating and has to much work

We pride ourselves on offering comprehensive language courses and want to ensure that you are learning everything you need to ensure you can start speaking as soon as possible. Learning a language is lifelong commitment but with a bit more practice we're sure that your Spanish abilities will take off in no time!
Fun although it is pretty tough to understand the verbs, and all the conjugations, especially the way they describe it. All though with more exposure it becomes natural.

I LOVE Rocket Spanish! I learned so much in one day, and it's not boring! I have a friend that can't really speak English and only speaks Spanish really, and I was able to have an entire conversation with her in Spanish! Thank you so much for letting me have a Spanish program that I enjoy!

I have tried to learn Spanish several times and from different instructors in the past and this is the first time I feel like I am really retaining the information I have learned.

I find it a little difficult to navigate when I’m listening to it. I still haven’t been able to find somewhere where I can quickly look at conjugated verbs. Also I can’t easily find where and how to easily contact customer service to find out how best to navigate.

Response from Rocket Languages: Hi Novello - The FAQ and support contact form is available by clicking on your avatar (at top right). There is a lot of content in Rocket Spanish, so the best way to look for particular subjects is by browsing the Dashboard's lesson titles, or using the search at the top of the page.
This is the third online Spanish course I have tried and it is the very best I have found! I love the way the classes, verb forms, and vocabulary are organized thematically in lessons. I like the combination of auditory, written Spanish and verbal practice. This course does not require you to spell and insist on correct accent use in order to advance to the next lesson. This course also allows you autonomy to jump around and go back and listen to previous lessons. The conversations between the three narrators are entertaining and effective!
