Rocket Italian — Lehigh Acres, Florida , United States
I have tried them all (Rosetta, Pimsleur, Duolingo) and I must admit that this program does the best job of teaching Italian. The reason is simple -- repetition. As a former teacher, I believe in repetition. Too many programs give you a lesson but do not reinforce it. Rocket does. Another plus is the response to my feedback. If I have a problem, I get a response within a day (two at most). Most programs don't bother to respond at all.
Rocket Russian — NY
This is a great site, very easy to use, and very helpful! I would recommend this sight to anyone . I am improving my Russian! Rocket Russian came free through my college linguistic's course so I could not be happier for the price!
Really effective way to learn! I recently purchased this online and after I started learning, I couldn't stop! The German course is really nice and interactive. The interactive audio I was able to download so that when I am on the bus or waiting somewhere, I am able to learn some German. I enjoy the way German is taught using Rocket German, using audio courses unlike some other language teaching programs which uses software. I also really enjoy the games and flash cards that I am able to use to help learn.
Because I travel a lot, I like the mobile app that I can use on my tablet or smartphone.
Rocket German — Chicago
This program is amazing! I highly recommend Rocket Fuel to anyone that wants to gain a complete understanding of how to speak Deutsch. You will learn how to converse both formally and informally. Rocket Fuel is truly Wunderbar!
I've been studying German for about twenty-five years, including self-help books and audio programs, as well as taking lessons from a native German teacher. In 2009, I had the opportunity to attended an immersion class in Berlin. I recently began to think about taking another trip to Germany and Austria, so I decided to use Rocket German as a refresher course. I have been pleasantly surprised how quickly the program has brought me back to my previous level of competence ----- and then some.
Rocket Korean — Edmonton
I picked up Rocket Languages (Korean) to prep myself for a future to Seoul in the future. The interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate and I really appreciate the inclusion of a mobile version so I can take my learning on the go. The lessons emphasize oral repetition so that the content actually gets retained and you can rewind and replay as many times as you wish as a refresher on previous modules. Overall, I'm pleased with the product and would definitely look into purchasing an unlock key for other languages as well!
Rocket German — Simrishamn
A friend had recommended Rocket German to me. At first I wasn't sure whether it would reach my requirements. As I'm planning to move to Germany and hopefully study there one day I wanted to learn German as fast as possible.
I've tried learning it before in the past but I always gave up. It simply wasn't fun. Well, after trying Rocket German for some time now I can say that not only is it fun, it's addictive.
Rocket Spanish — Humble, TX
Prior to purchasing, I did extensive research on which Spanish language learning program to select... Rosetta Stone, Tell Me More, Visual Link, Learning Spanish Like Crazy, you name it, I researched and tried it (using trial software). But, at the end of the day - and countless hours of research - Rocket Spanish had the best interface, best reviews, and most accessible teaching methods. This will be the software that my wife and I will use to first, learn Spanish, and second, introduce our daughter to the language. Wish me luck!
A fun and easy way to learn. Several years ago I started with Rocket German before a trip to Germany. Although I didn't progress very far with the lessons, what I did learn really helped with important things like ordering food, booking a room, getting directions, etc. Now I'm planning a trip to Austria and am planning to go through all 3 levels of lessons before my trip in September 2013. Its a really fun way to learn.
