its such a hard program that you can not learn from

the system is confusing frustrating and has to much work

This program charged me 259.90 two times ,did not respond to my e mails and I am not able to access the program.Ontop of that they charged me another 49.90 for what I don’t know.
There is no number you can call. They are corrupt.

The Hear It Say It feature does not work but must be passed to progress to the next level, essentially making the entire program useless.

The speech recognition software is terrible. If it wants to give you a score from 0 to 100, I'm fine with that but to have to keep on repeating myself and yelling only to see "I didn't catch that try again" is more than frustrating. So I'm just skipping trying to talk into the mic for now. And my Google Chrome is updated. My mic is a very good one.

I am going to be honest here. First of all, it is way too expensive, you can get much more in courses offered by other sources. Secondly, it barely covers beginner grammar or lower intermediate but entirely skips the essential grammar which might be needed to understand the sentence full.
If you are a full beginner, you might feel overwhelmed with the sentences with no explanation and if you are an intermediate then everything just feels pointless.
Highly won't recommend it to anybody, I wasted my money. Please don't waste yours.

I bought this program to learn useful Japanese but it's not really helpful. The dialogue sets are more geared toward someone who speaks Japanese and not someone who needs to learn. As an example: there is a dialogue set about asking people if they speak Japanese, but not one that helps to you ask if they speak English or that YOU don't speak Japanese. It goes on from there. I've gotten very little actual useful phrases from this program and I'm upset I spent so much on it. My upcoming trip to Japan is not going to be helped by this program.

not user friendly, no offline content, audio recordings rarely recognize speech, slow customer service, very dissapointed, I thought this was the best app on the market, for this quality, the app is very expensive, for less than 9USD you get this same content in other places
