Rocket Languages review criteria
Customer service is N/A, as I didn't interact. I do have a recommendations... You should clarify the "formal" vs. "informal" use of "essere" and then label the "you" in phrases like "Di dove sei/siete/e?" accordingly. You could say, "Where are you (formal) from?" or "Where are you (plural) from?". It was confusing to answer and, more importantly, confusing to learn / understand the difference. Otherwise, great job!

the easy good hard buttons are kind of a hassle, maybe just being able to press the enter key or tab key if its easy. When its easy it causes an unnecessary delay.

Thank you for your feedback, Scott! We actually have a hotkey feature available for the Activities; you can press "1," "2," or "3" to rate your answers as Easy, Good, or Hard. The space bar will reveal the answer. You can find more details by clicking the "i" icon within any activity. Wishing you all the best with your language-learning journey!
So far so good. I've only been doing it for 4 days. But it seems thorough, and is more fast-moving than some other apps. Plenty of vocab and grammar. I find some of the chattiness in English in the dialogues tiresome, though, and I wonder why the American guy, Alex, is not a native speaker. Even I can tell he has an accent. Still, it seems to work pretty well.

Rocket Italian provides an excellent platform, but I need to bring self-discipline to the table.

Immersive and very interactive. Overall a very well rounded program to start learning the basics.
I took a star off because I wish the Arabic sentences were shown in a bigger font for deciphering the language as a beginner.
