Videos Not Working


Is anyone else experiencing the videos on the ASL site not working? It's so frustrating.


Yes, I am finding too many videos not working. It is very frustrating. In some cases it also makes me wonder if I am missing something that is needed before continuing.


I noticed that all the videos that do not play have a time of 0:0. I think this means that there is no video to play.


Hi Sue and Bill, Thank you for your post. We have tested the videos in our course, but haven't experienced any problems in playing them. It's possible that the videos are taking a few moments to load, especially if you are playing them in the app. Please try waiting a few seconds (until you see the Play button appear), and if you continue to have issues, I recommend contacting the Customer Support team for their assistance.
