I purchased the premium but when I downloaded the mobile app it indicates I am still a Premium trail member. I can't figure out how to fix it. Thanks Linda

Please note that if you place your order using a different email address to that which you used to sign up for the trial (e.g. your Paypal account email address), you will need to log into your lessons using that email address. If you would like to merge your two accounts together, please contact the Customer Support team for their assistance. I hope this helps!
