Spelling of قـَدّ إيه

قـَدّ إيه : why is it written with a قـ in the beginning? Should it not be something like: أ or ع like in عين or أيوا

most arab pronounce it ق but Egyptian pronounce it أ
maybe they just write it here due to the arabic form, and in 9a3idi Egyptian accent they pronounce it ق too.
but ع is not related here at all

Yes, it becomes the sound of أ not only in Egypt but also some speakers in the Levantine
