Alors Eric, que t'arrive-t-il ? Tu as l'air bizarre !
So Eric, what happened to you? You look funny!

How to say what happend to you using vous?

Que vous arrivez?

Can I use qu'est-ce qu'il vous etes arrivez?

what happened to you

Actually, you are conjugating il, the "thing" that is going on, so all you would need to change is the object (recipient) to vous : Que vous arrive-t-il ?

Also, I would translate it more like "What is happening with you?", in the present tense. What happened to you (past) would be more like:

Que vous est-il arrivé ? (inversion of passé composé: il est arrivé)
what happened to you
