Avec Ca

I travelled to France on holidays last year. While shopping in the markets the use "Avec Ca" was very common. Can you explain its meaning in a shopping context. Does it mean "anything else?"

Salut Carlos, "Avec ça?" does mean "Anything else?". If you don't want anything else you can say "Ce sera tout. Merci." which means "That's it. Thanks." I hope this helps. :)
