Hi, After purchasing the French Premium Plus package, I had a single, simple question. This was sent in via the contact form, no response, a follow up email to support a few days later, no response, a further contact form, 4 weeks later from initial contact, still no response. I then emailed the support email address again, still no response. I called the numbers for Libros Media / Rocket French, now 10 days ago, asking if my simple query could be responded to, left a voicemail as directed with all the details (twice). No response. Rocket French does, by all reviews, look to be the best course on the market, but the customer support is the worst I have experienced in my life. I have made about 12 attempts for this simple query to be addressed, in 3 months, to no avail. I want to take this course because it appears to be the best, but as a point of principle, will soon push thru a non-delivery of product with Visa (and thus refund) if this is the way business is continued to be conducted with clients. Pete.

Hi Pete, I am really, really sorry to hear that!Having to wait for 3 months is unacceptable. I have just emailed your comments to the tech support team for feedback. I am surprised I have to say, because we have a very dedicated customer support team who take their job seriously and are passionate about what they do, so this really shouldn't happen. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please let me know what your question is, so that I can answer it for you? Thank you very much Merci Claire

Hi Claire, Thanks for the response. Below is my email to support, of 5 Oct. It won't stop me doing the course if this isn't possible, it would just be easier for me. Thanks, Pete. >from Pete >to support@rocketlanguages.com >date Mon, Oct 5, 2009 at 7:51 PM >subject Re: Your Rocket Languages Access Details >mailed-by gmail.com > >Hi, > >When I bought rocket french I then logged a support request via the internet form, along the lines of : > >" >When I bought Rocket French there was an option to 'download' the package in one file (I bought the Plus package) > including the advanced courses. >" > >I never got a response. > >Please would you advise on the off-line version? > >I.e. Hi Pete, thanks for the quick reply. You can use most of the component of the Rocket French course offline, however there are some functions that don't work offline. For example the progress tracking and the quizzes. You get feedback straight away when you submit a quiz and offline this is not possible. You can dowload all the Interactive Audio lessons, you can save the grammar and culture lessons as PDF's and you can download the MegaGames. The flashcard game is also an online feature, simply because you have a countdown timer. Personally I would recommend working online if that is an option for you at all, simply because the lessons are organized in a way to help you to get the most out of your course. The quizzes at the end of each lesson and section will help to reinforce what you have learned. Perhaps a compromise might be to download the audio lesson to your mp3 Player or iPod and listen to them when you are on the go and then going online to work through the grammar lessons and quizzes? Is that something that would work for you? Please let me know Claire

Hi Claire, Been speaking to Nathalie, all sorted - I'll use the online version as that's the newest content and as you say, download the audio mp3. Thanks to all from Rocket French who responded to this thread. Cheers, Pete.
