No help so I want my money back.

I bought the entire series on 2/11/10. (ETW626T2)I was excited because I loved the free lessons. But I cannot access the audio or the lessons. The Help department sent me one computerized email to change my browser settings. They have not answered an email since. Complete silence! I am giving up and want my money back. Does anyone know how to do this? I am sorry to give up on it but they simply do not help once they have your money. This site was recommended to me by someone who will NEVER recommend it again. The concept is good and I understand it works for people with no technical difficulties or who never ask for help. Unfortunately i needed help.I am disgusted at how I have been treated.

dear ladmia, although I have nothing to do with the course , I am just a student like yourself, i am sorry you can't access the course material. I had just a little trouble when ordering, but I didn't give up and now I enjoy the lessons. Please contact Marie Claire and she can help. Gary wages

Please try again as it is a great course.

Hi Ladamia, I'm really sorry to hear that you are experiencing trouble accessing the lessons. If you are still interested in giving it a go please let me know. We can send you a 2 CD pack, so you don't have to download the lessons if that is causing the issue.
