Hello RL, I wrote to you using my Rocket French account and Rocket Languages web several times, for example about my problems playing audio clips on my Rocket French account a also some other minor issues, you never responded. I also asked for a refund several days ago and again there was no response - this is not what I would call a good customer support, what do I have to do to get your attention?

<p>Hi Dalibor - I am sorry to hear that you are having issues. For the vast majority of people it works well, so this is somewhat surprising. There are just so many combinations of browser, device, ISP, flash, etc that it can be tricky trying to figure out whats going on. The best bet is to email customer support with as much detail as possible.<br></p>
