I have enjoyed and learned from your Newsletter very much. However, the last one (newsletter # 48) I received was on December 17, 2009. I have not received any newsletter since then. I have checked my spam folder and it was not there. Please let me know if you have discontinued the newsletter, or perhaps my e-mail was dropped from the mailing list. I would like to continue learning my French from your newsletter... they have been so helpful when I went to France last year. Thanks in advance!

I have received members newsletter 1 & 3 but not 2. I have looked within the website and can't find a link to go back to them, nor are the previous newsletters highlighted in the list with the current one. I'm missinhg the one regarding the flights etc. If you could point me in the right direction again, that will be great.

I have always received my Spanish one, but don't receive a French one (I only purchased French recently). Should I be receiving a newsletter, and if so, do I need to do quelque chose to activate it?

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Recently.........May 3rd........I order the on line version.............of Rocket French. After I paid and the next time I was on line........I received notification of THE BIG SPRING SALE EVENT............advertising the fantastic sale staring May 10th.
WOW.......I was not a happy camper to say the least. When you buy an item normally if it goes on sale in a certain amount of time..............one receives the sale price. I would greatly appreciate it if you would be so kind as to refund the difference
between what I paid and the new sale price. I certainly would have waited a week in order to save some money. I sure that you can understand my dismay and frustration........especially these days.
