While in the middle of doing the benchmark test for French, does it freeze up so that I can't click the “easy”, or “hard” button and move on to the next question. Sometimes I'm like ‘40’ into it and it does this. When I refresh, all my progress for that test is removed and I have to start over. Do you know why this would be happening, and is there any way to fix it? Any help is greatly appreciated!
