I wish to discontinue my current subscription as I'm not really utilising the lessons. Please do not continue to deduct any further amounts from my account for ongoing subscription, effective immediately.

Please confirm this will now cease via return email.

Hi Michael, thanks so much for your post. Our apologies for any confusion caused! According to our records, you purchased a course from us over a year ago. You sent a one-time payment, and haven't been charged anything else since. Is there another language product that you might have subscribed to?
