Why don't audio clips transfer to My Vocabulary?

I am trying to add "important phrases/questions" to my vocabulary. I searched and found an audio clip for "Where is the bathroom?" and saved it to my vocabulary. When I went back to My Vocabulary there was no audio clip even though I just listened to it. What did I do wrong?

Hi Jim, Thank you for your post. My apologies for any inconvenience caused. There seems to be a bug with MyVocab if you try to add words/phrases from within the Phrasefinder page. However, if you use Phrasefinder to locate the sentence, click to go to the lesson, and then search for the phrase you want, you should be able to add it successfully from within the lesson. I will contact my colleagues in the IT team about the issue you were having. I hope this helps!

Thanks for the reply. I tried to copy "Dov'è il bagno?" from the location the Phrasefinder referenced but it still would not copy the audio clip.
